In 2013, Ellis Galimidi started AMA Print and Promo from his home in New Jersey. The name "AMA" is derived from the first initials of his 3 children: Arielle, Meir, and Albert.

 

Previously having owned a successful printing company for over 25 years, he was an expert in the field. Arielle, his daughter, was working as a corporate event planner, using her father’s services for all of her conference printing and promotional needs (and referring her collaborators and friends to him as well!)

Ellis aimed to retire in 2023, at the same time Arielle was wanting to pivot away from event planning. As with everything beautiful in life, the timing was beshert, meant to be.

Arielle took over AMA in 2024, bringing her 10+ years of experience in corporate events to the family business. Ellis continues to serve as a mentor to her, 25 years of experience only a phone call away.
